I direct the Berezniki works to immediately start organising a radium factory in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Economic Council.[2] The necessary funds have been allocated by the Council of People’s Commissars. The work should be carried out under the direction and on the responsibility of chemical engineer Bogoyavlensky, who is to be given the fullest assistance by you.
