Subject: Dialectics & the theory of group organization

Regarding the stages of group development/contradictions etc. mentioned 
in your e-mail, Sartre has attempted in his "Critique of Dialectical 
Reason", a materialist-dialectic approach in investigating the formation 
of social organizaiton from individual praxis, groups, institutions and 
their mediations.

I haven't finished with the book yet but I think his contribution is 
worth a look.
