Letters to the Editor

To the Editor:

We hear now a lot of talk about the C.I.A. and the failure of intelligence. Just as the War Department is now called the Defense Department, so the Secret Police in the U.S. are called “intelligence.” We hear that intelligence had no
people “on the ground” in Iraq and few in the Middle East.

Why is intelligence, the C.I.A., so poor? When the Stalinists self-destructed so too did the “people on the ground” ready to betray to the Imperialist Intelligence. Imperialist Intelligence is no better than the last person who betrayed to them. The Capitalist class has little self-intelligence.

Yours,
Joe Johnson
