The Fall issue of the New International will feature an analysis of the significance of the Russian Communist Party’s Twentieth Congress. Included in this issue will be articles dealing with the theory of Bureaucratic Collectivism, the Role of Titoism, an evaluation of Trotsky’s analysis of Stalinism, the effect of the Twentieth Congress on the socialist perspective, and its impact on the bourgeois world. Our contributors will be Max Shachtman, Hal Draper, Albert Gates and Max Martin.
In addition the Fall issue will contain part two of a series on Tropical Africa by A. Giacometti, dealing with the trade union movement.
