Apologies for the non-appearance of Chris Harman’s Councils of Action this month. It is due solely to shortage of space. This important article will definitely be published in our July number which will also contain John Ure’s The International Monetary System and the second part of Duncan Hallas’ The Fourth International. Next month too, we will be announcing plans for the autumn which will include the return of the original editor, Mike Kidron, who was responsible for the first 20 issues of International Socialism.
