Fourth International, published, variously, in Amsterdam, Rome and Colombo. The English-language edition of the theoretical organ of the International Executive Committee of the Fourth International. Published for the International Secretariat of the Fourth International, the pro-Pablo wing of the split Fourth International – Livio Maitan, Pierre Frank, Michel Pablo and Ernest Mandel.
