A man called Lapinsky (find him through Radek) has arrived from Berlin, and is now staying here. He had undertaken to fulfil one of my assignments concerning the compilation of a school atlas, especially for the study of modern imperialism. Please have a talk with him, find out how his work is going (date of completion, etc.) and co-ordinate this work with what is being done by the Petrograd commission chaired by Kaisarov, and compare with the papers which are at the secretariat.
