Comrade Molotov:

Please prescribe for Comrade Kiselyov, Chairman of the Narrow C.P.C., a holiday and treatment, on doctors’ orders, for at least 2 months.

Semashko has held a consultation (including Minor) whose opinion is extreme overwork, etc., etc.

I enclose the certificate.

He should be found a sanatorium according to doctors’ orders: a written obligation can and should be got from Semashko.[1]
