Comrade Sklyansky,

Please return this[1] to me with your remarks as to what has already been fulfilled and what is being fulfilled, and when.

Lenin

Notes

[1] This refers to a letter from Stalin dated July 11, 1920, informing Lenin of the promise of the Commander-in-Chief, S. S. Kamenev, to strengthen the Crimean direction with a number of military units and formations and combat materiel.

On July 15 E. M. Sklyansky sent Lenin a memorandum on the amount of assistance to the South-Western Front.
